Local Van Delivery Policy

Serving Avalon to Galloway and Beyond!
We are a full-service company offering delivery to most of South Jersey, including Cape May and Atlantic Counties. Delivery minimums (starting at $80) and fees (starting at $4.99) vary by town and location. Delivery hours are daily, starting at 11 a.m. and ending at 7 p.m. For same-day delivery, all orders must be placed before 5 p.m.

If you are within our direct local areas (Egg Harbor Township, Somers Point, Northfield, and Linwood), you can receive delivery in as little as one hour. Deliveries to all other areas can be completed within our convenient 2-hour windows. Delivery windows close 5 minutes before the driver departs from the store, for example, if you wish to have a delivery between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., the order must be placed by 12:55 p.m.

Orders can be placed online, through the app, or over the phone. We have also recently partnered with DoorDash and UberEATS.

All deliveries must be accepted by someone 21 years of age or older with a valid ID. Delivery orders must be paid before leaving the store. If you wish to pay in cash, cash payments can be made in-store for delivery orders scheduled in advance.

Carrier & Delivery Schedule
Orders placed will ship within the next 2 business days. Faster shipping options may be available. If there will be a delay longer than that, we will contact you immediately via email. All shipments are through FedEx and their following services; Ground (1-6 business days in transit), Express Saver (1-4 bussiness days in transit), Express (1-2 bussiness days in transit), Next Day Air (1 bussiness day in transit), and 2nd Day Air (2 bussiness days in transit).

*During times of extremely hot or cold weather, we highly recommend using Express or Air shipping to avoid having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended period in transit. As a courtesy Passion Vines will hold customer's orders at their request in our temperature controlled warehouse until the specified shipping date.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol/tabacco from passionvines.com. All packages sent out by passionvines.com require a signature upon delivery. In the event no one is home at the time of delivery, FedEx will attempt to deliver an addtional 2 times. If they are unable to deliver the package after the third attempt it will be held at the nearest FedEx shipping facility for up to 2 weeks before it is sent back to the Passion Vines Warehouse. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult available for delivery.

Please Note: We are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option.

Insurance
Passion Vines automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit.

Restricted States
Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, or Virginia.

Return Policy
Passion Vines is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, please call 888-601-VINE (8463) or email us at info@passionvines.com immediately. Any orders that are returned due to a reason other than the product is the wrong product or the wine is tainted will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee (if contacted within 30 days of receipt of order). In addition, if returning a bottle that is tainted, the cork must be put back keeping all the contents in the bottle before it is returned to us in order to receive a replacement bottle. Passion Vines will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. Please re-pack the product and a copy of the original sales receipt and send it to Passion Vines Attn: Returns 3013 Ocean Heights Ave. Egg Harbor Township NJ 08234.

Billing Information
Orders placed on passionvines.com are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Legal Disclaimer
**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Passion Vines to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Passion Vines is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Passion Vines, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Q. I can't seem to find my favorite brand/bottle available for sale on your site. Is there anything you can do to help?
A. Absolutely! If you are looking for a specific product, we'd be happy to order it for you, if we are able. You can also place a special order for products we don't normally carry. Send your inquiries to info@passionvines.com or call 609-653-VINE and we will get back to you shortly.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

Q. I like Wine, but don't know much about it? Where do I start?
A. The best way to begin learning about wine is, simply, to drink it!! At Passion Vines, we are focused on education above all else, with our staff undergoing continuous training on the products we offer. Ask one of our knowledgeable staff for a tasting of a few wines we have on our bar menu in our Somers Point location, and they'll guide you through the tasting process. In doing so, you'll learn what you like, and what you don't, and we'll be able to best guide you towards wines you'll love.

Also, be sure to check out one of our many wine classes, held nearly every week throughout the year, and covering a variety of topics. If you're feeling a bit bold, you could also subscribe to one of our wine clubs, where you'll receive two bottles of wine delivered right to your door each month, accompanied by tasting notes and valuable information to guide your tasting experience.

A. Absolutely! Passion Vines specializes in large party orders and pairings, having catered hundreds of weddings, dinner parties, and other celebrations. We offer full-service party assistance, including delivery, pick-up, case discounts, tasting notes, party favors, and more! 

Q. Can Passion Vines help me build a great wine collection?
A. Yes! Passion Vines works closely with the best suppliers and winemakers, ensuring that we are always on top of acquiring the best wines the world has to offer. Along with our incredibly knowledgeable staff, this guarantees that we're always able to provide you with top-notch selections. If you plan on aging wines or building a cellar, we can help you out there too. Did you know that only 1% of wine in the world is meant to be aged? We can help you decide which to drink now and which to hold onto as well! 

Q. I want a great Wine, but don't want to spend too much. What can I do?
A. Good news! You don't need to spend a ton of money to get a wine of incredible quality. Our team can guide you towards the regions and varietals which are most able to provide great quality at approachable prices.

Q. I entered a promo code but didn't receive my discount, why didn't my code work?
A. Oh No!!! If you have already finalized placing your order and your code didn't work, don't worry feel free to e-mail us at info@passionvines.com, and let us know what happened and we will be happy to fix this for you. Furthermore, no discounts can be combined, and discounts cannot be used on sale items. However if your order qualifies for more than one discount, we are happy to give you the higher discount that is available to you.

Q. Do you offer case discounts?
A. We sure do! Anytime you order a case of wine, with the exclusion of sale items, you qualify for a 15% discount on your case. While wines that are already on sale don't receive an additional discount, they *DO* count towards your case total of 12 bottles. You can even mix and match your case! So go ahead, live a little!
